Bar Staff:
We’re looking for passionate, energetic, experienced and reliable Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. You’ll use your customer service skills to deliver seamless occasions, and your attention to detail to ensure highest standards of customer service. Working in our Library Bar, you will be the first to greet guests to Grittleton House, setting the standard and service expectation for the guest experience. From intimate private dinners to 400 guests, the Library Bar is the heart of the guest experience. We’re looking for passionate, energetic, experienced and reliable breakfast supervisor to join our dynamic team. As Breakfast Supervisor, you will welcome overnight guests and deliver a smooth and enjoyable breakfast service. You will ensure the breakfast area is well presented, organised, and running efficiently to provide an excellent customer experience. Night Security / Night Porter:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Night Security / Night Porter to oversee the venue during overnight hours. You will be the sole member of staff on site, acting as the main point of contact for guests staying in the house and Stable B&B accommodation. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, calm, and well-managed environment throughout the night.
