SET MENU SUGGESTIONS - 2009
STARTERS:- Prawn Cocktail, Melon Cocktail, Melon Galleon, Soup, Egg Mayonnaise, Avocado Mousse, Salmon Mousse, Breaded Mushrooms with a Garlic Dip, Pate & Fruit Chutney, all with a salad garnish. Crown of Melon filled with Strawberries (+£3.50), Parma Ham & Melon or Smoked Salmon & Garnish (+ £2.50). Toasted Goats Cheese or Camembert with salad (+£2.20).
All served with fresh Bread Roll & Butter.
MAIN COURSE:- Breast of Chicken in a Red or White Wine Sauce, Roast Topside of Beef & Yorkshire Pudding, Loin of Pork with Apricot Stuffing, Roast Wiltshire Turkey & Trimmings, Rack of Lamb (Price on application), Leg of Lamb (+£2.20), Beef Wellington (Best Sirloin, topped with Pate & wrapped in flaky pastry +£4.50).
All served with three fresh vegetables & potatoes.
COLD CHOICE: - Select two from; Turkey, Beef, Coronation Chicken, Quiche or Salmon (+£2.00).
All served with four salads & hot minted new potatoes.
SWEET: - Pavlova, Fresh Fruit Salad, Sherry Trifle, Profiteroles & Chocolate Sauce, Chocolate Roulade, Apple Pie, Cheesecake.
COFFEE:- This can be served at the table or if you prefer a Coffee Bar can be provided, this also offers the perfect opportunity to share the wedding cake with your guests.
Menus are normally a Set 3 Course Meal, with allowances for dietary requirements. If a second choice of starter or sweet is required, prices start from an additional £2.50 per item, per head. A second main course option is available at £4.00 per item, per head.
CHEESE BOARD:- Available at an additional cost of £4.00 per head.
WINE:- The following wines are available at £11.10 per bottle;
Red – Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon.
White – Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc.
Champagne and Sparkling Wine are also available,
(prices on request).
If you require an alternative wine to those listed , we are happy to supply a quote for this.
Corkage - If you would like to supply your own wine (for the meal only) there is a corkage charge of £6.75 per 70-75cl bottle.

PAYMENT
- Reservation Fee on Booking – please note this is a non refundable fee.
- £300.00 deposit payment after two months of booking (this is non refundable upon cancellation).
- Basic Full Payment ten days prior to event.
- Final balance to be settled three weeks after the event.
