Grittleton Stables are situated within the grounds of a large Victorian Manor House. The stables are set away from the main house and have a unique and tranquil charm that we hope will instil a wonderful feeling of relaxation, interest and history. The beauty of this setting makes it ideal for friends and families to get together for those special occasions and reunions.
The Tower House comprises a lounge with 42” flat TV screen with freesat, dining room and full commercial kitchen. The Carriage House is a versatile space that can be used as a a games room, meeting room or lecture hall. There is a 10’ screen and projector, DVD BluRay Sat TV, 7 surround speakers which can be linked to an iPod or mp3 player. There are also built in disco lights that react to sound.
We have 20 rooms available, all ensuite. These comprise single, twin, double and family rooms. For larger groups the rooms can be made up as dormitory style ‘bunk’ rooms sleeping between 4 and 8 people per room.
Thirty acres of manicured arboretum, parkland and formal gardens. Courtyard for BBQs and alfresco dining. Tennis Courts, Netball courts, Football pitch and other outdoor sporting facilities, all available with prior arrangement (seasonal).
